Healthy Living Discussion Group

How does one successfully navigate the vast sea of foods, supplements, health, and lifestyle choices? The Whole Earth Center is pleased to support your wellbeing, by hosting Healthy Living Discussion Groups. Participants gain useful knowledge, as current events and sustainable approaches are explored. Resources, recipes, and useful tools are also provided in this fun, enriching experience.

Participation in the six session Fall 2019 group is free, but space is limited. Advance registration is required. The program will begin October 2nd. Before seating can be confirmed, you’ll receive a return call to discuss your interests & scheduling.

Palmer Uhl, AADP CHC & Bea Snowdon, MS ACN NBHWC facilitate our Discussion Groups. Palmer is a noted Food Expert, Food Writer, graduate of The Natural Kitchen Cooking School Chef Training Program, and IIN certified Health Coach. Bea Snowdon's passion for healthy outcomes is shown in her life's work as a clinically trained MS Nutritionist, NBME approved & certified Coach, and Health Educator. Bea focuses on the wisdom of prevention and the health of the body, mind and spirit.
